How do I determine the correct size for my protective gear?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. To ensure maximum protection, use a soft measuring tape to check your head circumference for helmets, and chest or waist measurements for body armor. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
What is your return policy for helmets and safety equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and neck braces must still have all tags attached and show no signs of use or mounting to be eligible for a refund.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Does Leatt offer a crash replacement program?
Yes, we care about your safety. Leatt offers a crash replacement program that provides a discount on a replacement helmet or neck brace if yours is damaged in a documented accident within a certain timeframe of purchase.
How should I clean and maintain my Leatt apparel?
Most of our jerseys and pants are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. However, protective inserts should be removed before washing. We recommend air drying all gear to maintain the integrity of the technical fabrics and moisture-wicking properties.
