What is your return policy for helmets and safety equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and neck braces must still have all tags attached and show no signs of use or mounting to be eligible for a refund.

How long does shipping take for international orders?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How should I clean and maintain my Leatt apparel?

Most of our jerseys and pants are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. However, protective inserts should be removed before washing. We recommend air drying all gear to maintain the integrity of the technical fabrics and moisture-wicking properties.
